    It serves it’s purpose! Helps with recovery and really loosens my muscles. But for as much as I paid for this gun it’s battery life is absolutely horrible.. I literally get like 4 uses out of it and then it’s dead again .. each time I use it I’m only running it for like 5-6 minutes

    Perfect for post workouts and any sports activities! I’ve used this after hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and everything in between to stay in shape and recover quick. All my friends want to use this after we get back from a heavy workout. Everyone including myself would 10/10 recommend!
