Freezer unit

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the freezer unit is great we didn’t realize that the water spout addition on the front panel takes up a lot of space in the interior thus decreasing overall freezer capacity. Would recommend to avoid buying the water dispenser unit to new buyers. Overall the freezer is fantastic and the water dispenser is also good just that they could have done a better job in designing this.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, Any where else!!

April -no call no-show. May confirmed then canceled (day before by a geek squad mgr) June was finally delivered. For a 42" Thermador, high end appliance, and a "elite member" No organization....BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, and get the product within a shorter period of time.

Ice maker has never worked

Thermador FREEZER. WATERLINE EXPLODE. Need HELP
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought all Thermador Appliences from best buy and we love them but had problem with freezer and waterline. Water line exploded during Covid and my base damaged. Everything was close that time. We turned off water line. Since then I have called so many times and personally I was at Schaumburg and Kaldeer location bit no-one helped just told call here and there Even I had Total Tech membership. I Dont know how to resolve this issue. We spend 14000-15000 on that appliance and are in BIG TROUBLE. I Dont know it's BEATBUY FAULT OR THERMASOR?
