Problem was the time to get the appliance. If you are doing a renovation make sure you go and order the appliances asap. Can take up to 12 months.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this appliance Dec 11, 2021 and had it installed about 6mo later when it was delivered. As of October 2023, the fridge has stopped working and thermador is unable to repair it. We've had the tech come out 3 times, and reschedule/cancel 2 times. Parts aren't delivered on time, and service takes at least 1 hour to get ahold of whenever you try and call. I've asked for a replacement or a reimbursement since the fridge hasn't been working for months, but service refuses to acknowledge my request. It looks good, but avoid if you want an actually working fridge.

Don't buy Thermador

It took 9 months for the dleivery (blamed COVID but kept my omney all that time). Started having problems about 9 months after installation. So far 3 breakdowns and 9 repalced parts. Still having problems (just called the serviceman Again). In between when it is supposed to be working fine, notied that our milk goes bad before purchase by date more often than previous fridge. Once had to shut down the refrigerator as per technician's advice, that lead to defrosting and water leak to my kitchen floor and ruined my wood floors. We were told there is a pan that supposed to contain water overflowing afera defrost.
