Great Product but Installation Scheduling an Issue

Feels like it's really built to last. Best Buy Installation scheduling let us down though. The installers had an issue and couldn't complete the install. They took away the old fridge and left us without one. We assumed they would put us at the top of the list for the next appointment but they didn't come back for a week and a half. And there were two failed appointments because they needed to send a 4 person crew and only sent 2. In the end though the installers were successful and the fridge looks great!
