    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by Best Buy. I have made several appointments for the installation of a cooktop, and each time, the installer has failed to show up. Despite receiving assurances and confirmations from Best Buy, the appointments are consistently canceled on the scheduled day, causing immense inconvenience. This pattern of unreliability has not only wasted my time but has also created unnecessary frustration. I believe that as a customer, I deserve a level of service that aligns with Best Buy's reputation
