On my third piece and neither have delivered acceptable temperature control capability. This is fundamentally why I bought a Thermador, especially with its dual-compressors. Even got my custom cabinets altered to have this fit. I am an engineer, so live by "trust, but verify" principal. I tested the temperature in the fridge compartment with multiple brands of thermometers for weeks on end. The temperature control on the fridge simply does nothing. I could have it set to 38 or 33, the temperature stays around 42-44. Goes to ~38 overnight with multiple hours or no door opening, but through the day stays around 42-44. That's ~10F above the set temperature even with "Super" enabled. Called Thermador technician and he said +/-5F variance is factory range, but had no answer to it being 10F higher, and never ever hitting the set temp. Now make no mistake, low 40s will still keep your food feeling cold so if you don't measure you never know you are getting "just about good enough" colling for $5k price point, which you could have gotten for $1k or less. My 12 yr old Electrolux does a better job (thank god i kept it!), go figure. I do like the clean design, and the lighting inside is really nice. The outside stains easily though and you need to use Thermador / Bosch Stainless Steel "Conditioner" as normal SS cleaner will damage the easy clean coating.

The good. Interior lighting is awesome! Dual compressors great. Quick cooling. Pretty refrigerator The Bad. NOT A CABINET TRUE DEPTH REFRIGERATOR. If you have European or full overlay door type cabinetry on either side of the refrigerator do not buy this unit. You have to pull the refrigerator out a minimum of 1.25” to allow the thick doors to articulate to their full opening potential. POOR INTERIOR DESIGN. The shelf above the wide drawer on the refrigerator compartment will sag as there is no midspan support or bracing to distribute the weight on the shelf. FREEZER SPACE is good for a family of two top two drawers are only 3 to 4 inches deep, just enough to clear a small Haagen Daz Ice cream container. Deal breaker is the door hinges not clearing the cabinetry. I will be returning this unit.

The spacious refrigerator are has ample space for food, all the drawers have separate cooling settings for different foods! The freezer has a tray ice backer with a scoop to move the ice.

It's a very nice refrigerator. Geeting used to the counter size, but not a big issue. Taller than your standard frig, we had to make some modifications, which our contractor handled. The Thermador looks great!

The flexible configuration makes adjusting to different heights a breeze. The shelf life of my food is incredible. Strawberries, meats...they stay fresh and can story for much longer than my prior LG refrigerator. Quick, no issue delivery was the icing on the cake.

fridge is fine but for some very silly reason it was designed to fit in a 25” depth cabinet not the standard of 24”! Kind of unbelievable to me. Very disappointed with the carelessness of such a fundamental design feature.

I love my Fridge!!!! It’s beautiful to look at and keeps my food very fresh.

Perfect counter top depth refrigerator. Love everything about it

This refrigerator uses its 20.8 cubic feet of space wisely and to the max. It actually seems and looks bigger than it is. The design and spacing of the shelving is very well thought out with compartments made for specific types of food items and packaging in both the freezer as well as the refrigerator. The ice trey holds tons of small cubed ice and the ice maker has a simple on/off push button switch. The water dispenser, located inside the fridge on the side wall is convenient and out of the way, providing an uncluttered look to the overall appearance of unit. The door handles are sturdy and add to the professional look of this refrigerator.

I highly recommend against this fridge. It is specified as counter depth, but you can’t install it next to the counter. The doors are not zero clearance and will smash your countertop and your cabinets. The stainless steel shows every fingerprint from any little touch. The fridge has to stick way out in order to avoid this. Further watch off your toes, when you open the freezer with your bare feet, you can smash your toes badly. In addition, ours had several other internal defects. I was very disappointed in this fridge and would recommend it to no one. I can’t see how Thermalator can have such a good reputation regarding this refrigerator. It’s terrible don’t buy it. I am returning mine, and Best Buy has been reasonable and allowing me to apply it towards a different model. The other defects in the fridge have already been inspected by Thermidor and they’ve indicated me they’re not repairable.

Our 15 year old fridge stopped cooling during the pandemic and the parts weren't available to repair it. We decided to wait months for this back ordered fridge, but we are so happy we didn't settle for a lesser brand that was available at the time. We read lots of reviews and this was the only one with a 5 star rating for dependability. It is a good bit more expensive, but we prefer to have something last a long time without constant repairs or contributing to the landfill in 5-7 years. We've had this for over 6 months now and we are still super happy with the look, the quality, and the performance. The lighting is fantastic throughout. The smooth operation of all the drawers - interior as well as the large freezer drawer, is significantly better than any others we looked at. You can literally feel the quality every time you open and shut the doors/drawers. Our only complaint is the ice maker can be a little noisy, but we've never used an ice maker before, so this may be perfectly normal. We had to shorten our cabinet above the fridge, but all of the hassles and extended wait were worth it. We hope to have this one for at least 15 years too!

This is a great counter depth refrigerator. It lights up brightly, is very roomy. You can see all your items. Temperature controls and freezer keep everything perfect. It's quiet but you can occasionally hear the little ice cubes dropping.

Was hesitant given the price, but have been nothing but pleased with the Thermador. Ample storage with sleek design. Water maker on the inside of the fridge gives a clean look. Ice maker always delivers and we never run short on ice the way we did with our last fridge.

I was skeptical about the counter depth size that I would not have enough room, but that was not the case. I have plenty of space, and the drawers hold a lot too. There are only three people in my house, and it is perfect. In the freezer, I was afraid everything would get baried, but I was wrong. The only thing is you can see the fingerprints very easily on this stainless. I do like the feature of the water spout inside the fridge there is no accidents or a cleanup tray. The water is not freezing cold which is good for us because we drink room temperature water.

So far the thermador is a great frig. It’s smaller than I’m used too depth wise but the quality is making up for. The lighting is great and it makes ice fast.

We are very pleased with this new refrigerator. Looks beautiful & works quietly. Ice maker works well & makes nice little cubes. We would like to thank the great staff who made this possible. Great appliance. Lots of room and ability to change drawer levels and door shelf levels.

Large capacity on both freezer and refrigerator compartments. Sleek design with the door handles. Also got the remote use they home connect app. A bit awkward in using the interior dispenser. You have to be careful in placing your drinking glass as you have to hold it yourself. It’s a trade off between the looks and use. We don’t use dispensers much anyway.
