Sales person said the top part came with the hood and if I had a higher ceiling I would need an extension. Hood arrived without the top part and I’m being told I need to purchase it separately. I waited over 7 months for it to arrive and it’s dented. Now it’s on back order again for another 6 months. Would not go through this hassle again.

Misleading product specification
