The star shaped design of the burners heats the cookware evenly. Not only do I love the way it cooks, it is also a beautiful cooktop. The led lights by the control knobs is a nice touch too.

Best Buy total tech did not install. Left in the middle of my dining room. Had to hire someone else to install even though I paid Best Buy for installation.

Just installed myself although I hired Best Buy professional team to do it but they said they were not able to do it. They also failed to install my hood properly. The range took 7 months to arrive. It was painful getting answers from our Best Buy sales associate, We would ask simple questions but it took days or week or so after having to repeat the questions a couple of times. Not happy with our service, We purchased a complete kitchen with them but seemed to have issues for almost all of it. I like the products they sell, I have purchased from the in the past and will continue but if product is not in stock then I will shop elsewhere. We are still waiting for Thermador to send us one of the grates because they sent 2 center grates and one side so waiting for correct grate.
