This complaint is not about Best Buy, they did all they could and quickly. I had this computer for 6 months and the whole time the gpu was acting funny. I was told it needed to be replaced through thermaltake since it was there tech. I mailed the gpu as requested in the specific packaging as requested. I am not a tech person, when they asked for the GPU I thought they meant JUST the gpu, not the hardware. So I sent it without the bracket that attaches it to the tower because no where in the warranty or guidelines did it say this bracket was part of the gpu. They told me they can’t replace or fix their malfunctioned part because I “modified” it (sent it without the bracket) and even non-tech savvy people know not to remove the bracket. So now I’m out a couple hundred to replace there faulty part over a bracket. After some research this company is apparently well known for ripping people off like this. I just wanted a gaming pc for fun and school, now I all I have is extra debt and a migraine. Save your self the hassle and go with a different brand. Again Best Buy has been great through all of this, Thermaltake has been the nightmare.

this pc is amazing ive had a cyberpunk but this thermaltake is one of the best prebuilts ive had so far

It has been great for 6 months running any games i throw at it,its just a very well built pc

So far it’s a amazing pc very reliable I also use it for work.

My son loves his new computer and I do too. It was easy to set up and operate.

Incredible pc!! Everything they said it was and more. The unit is very eye catching and the performance ir fantastic.

It does everything i wanted it to be able to do, and more. Its much quieter than my previous PC. Never see spikes in temperatures, or performance issues
