Its quiet operation is also frequently noted as a positive aspect. However, some users have reported issues with the motherboard, including USB connectivity problems and compatibility concerns. I recently bought it, I'm highly satisfied with its performance. The PC offers excellent value for its price, delivering impressive power while maintaining a quiet operation. Its sleek design adds a touch of life to any space. While the RGB software can be a bit buggy and confusing without proper context, it provides customizable lighting options. I also have this issue where occasionally, there may be some fan lighting glitches, and turn into another color or stay white and there is no way to fix it but they don't significantly affect the computer's functionality. Additionally, the default RAM RGB settings reset on each startup unless the program is set to run automatically. It's worth noting that the product images showed two side fans, which are not included. However, the case allows for easy installation of additional fans if desired. Overall, this computer is a great choice for its price and performance. Despite minor considerations with the software and RGB lighting, it's an excellent investment for those seeking a powerful PC within a reasonable budget.

Nothing but problems, the ram that the machine came with looks nice, but wasn't the ones as advertised, and was also not built properly and literally falling apart. Getting the machine upgraded to windows 11 was a massive headache as well as having numerous issues with usb devices, as in they would be cut off from the machine and stop workings randomly. As for other issues i have noticed major graphics issues with screen jitter, my previous machine used a gtx 1080, and it didnt have any of these issues, it was crisp outside of its limited power for modern uses. as well as a new issue i noticed when playing diablo 4 where the entire system would suddenly drop from 144 fps, to 50, and stay there, but not a playable 50 fps, it feels like 15 dps. As well as other issues like the fans being kicked into overdrive needlessly, i was monitoring the hardware and it was running at like 50c, super chill for a computer, but it had to rev the fans to be loud at that temperature? my previous machine ran at like 95-100c before i would need to make them run that high. Also, forget streaming, i tried streaming a youtube clip on discord, and it kept saying i minimized it or paused it, when i didnt? I have tried updating drivers, chipset, doing research, and messing with nvidia settings, and i cant figure out what the issue is unless its an issue with the hardware itself. If everything manages to get magically fixed by driver updates or bestbuy can fix this machine then it would be a good value, but there are major issues with this machine till then. idk why im having more issues with this than my previous 5 year old machine running 7 year old hardware(generation wise). I do like the design though, it looks nice and the packaging for shipping was done very well. Also i did complain about the ram, it does look better than the one in the pic and the cpu listed is not the one mine came with, which was the i7 13700k not the i7 13700kf, which the one i got is the slightly better one, so not complaining there. Also not necessarily listed, but the system comes pre-overclocked to what intel lists as a suggested overlock, i liked that. The back pannel comes with 7 usb slots plus one usb c, and two usb slots on the front with one usb c there as well, you may have more slots as well as the internal motherboard has 4 more there as well. If you were also wondering, there is one pcie slot available if you were needing space for something like a capture card as well, there are more on the motherboard, but you would have to mount your gpu differently to access them.

“This PC is amazing! It met all my needs and performed great in games. The only issue I encountered was not using a surge protector, which ended up causing problems with my PC. Overall, it’s a fantastic system, and I highly recommend using a surge protector to avoid any potential issues.

Didn’t have the time to build a new machine, thus I shopped around for a PC that could the new AAA title’s arriving this year. Excellent experience playing D4. I even loaded Fallout 76 to see if ran smoothly and it did. My unit came with the two side fans. So that other reviewer should contact customer service. No problems with anything. It is fairly quiet. The RGB Lighting is nice. I’m happy with my purchase and would do it again.

I've read previous reviews and seems some problems; however, during my research, this box hit the sweet spot of performance in 2023. Fast water-cooled CPU i7 13Gen; 32GB/5600 RAM; 4070Ti? Not enough? ... 2TB m.2 PCIe4? Windows 11 Home (advertised W10). There was zero... absolutely ZERO vendor installed software, no Best Buy apps, no Thermaltake apps. Just a plain vanilla W11 install. Apparently Thermaltake thinks like gamers. Vanilla - then modify. Thank you TT. Included was a very nice assortment of cables for future upgrades. The box and all components are beautifully wrapped tight and the RGB is pretty cool. The motherboard is an ASRock Z790-C and there are some cool downloads from ASRock for this system. Of course, it's an MSI video card (afterburner). The UEFI is pretty straight forward and has some fairly advanced features for those that brave it. Overall a good price/value and would recommend.

at $2400 with 4700TI and i7 13700kf, with 360mm aio and 32g ddr5 ram. the value of this build is amazing. small details wish they could of done better. item received in perfect condition. no damage during shipping. giant GPU and didn't sag. problems: - we obviously gonna add HDD, have to remove the power supply to plug in power needed for HDD, instead of having one already plugged in and for me to just plug in HDD and call it a day. - did not come with the 2 RGB side fans as shown in picture. why is it so hard to sell me the pc as shown? false advertising. i had to buy 2 more RGB fans. - Fury rgb ram. i don't know what the problem is. i can control the entire RGB setup except the ram stick. tried both motherboard software and ram software(turns out fury app doesn't actually install and its been a known issue). now i know why they use Fury ram. now i have ram stick going off random color pattern versus the rest of the setup. completely runied the look.

Had the pc for a couple weeks now and graphics, temp, noise etc is great no complaints at all BUTTTT….i noticed network problems it comes with Intel Ethernet 219v Adapter which is a huge problem my internet speeds from router are getting 900mbps+ all my devices other than the pc get that much speed so i spent 4 hours trying to see if it was a driver issue or properties settings needed adjustment on ethernet i was only pulling 12-40mbps.. on wifi i was getting max 300mbps. After hours of research and attempting fixes i come to realise its better to upgrade your Adapter and WiFi M.2 card. Find a wifi m.2 card with CNVio/CNVio2 support and it will increase wifi speeds to 2400mbps on 5ghz and find any ethernet PCi card that supports what you want the one it comes with says gigabit but its a lie once installed i was getting my 900mbps 1GB cap from spectrum. All in all it costed 80-90$

This works fantastic! Everything runs SO fast and it's SO QUIET! My son says he can't hear a thing :) He plays so many video games and also creates his own video games and creates youtube videos so I think this will do all that with no trouble :) I researched all the parts individually and this seems like a powerful, reliable machine at a great value. Expensive but extremely happy with this purchase. Only had it a couple weeks so far, will update if anything bad - but so far Only great! I especially loved how easy it was to get setup, effortless really. Plugged in all his stuff and it all works perfectly. Also the colored lights are so bright he can have a dance party in his room at night, don't even need to turn on a light! I hope this one will last a lot longer than his previous pcs, which only made it about 3 years each. Something this good I expect to last much longer!

Honestly this is an amazing PC to have. It runs super well and eveything runs smoothly. The only game I've come across so far that I still can't seem to play on a computer like this is Call of Duty WWII. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars though is the fact that it advertises Windows 10, but I recieved a Windows 11 Home. False Advertisement. Other than that, it is a really great computer to have. Ps. I can't attach an image of operating system through settings because Best Buy app is broken or something.

    Issues with PC

I had the computer for less than 2-3 months. One day the computer would not turn back on. I took the PC to BestBuy and they had difficulty figuring out what was wrong with the computer. It seemed like there were multiple different issues and eventually they just said it was a problem with the motherboard and that I would need an entirely new motherboard. Thernaltake PCs are notorious for being build poorly. Additionally, many of the fan placements made no sense. I wonder if issues with the motherboard occurred because the computer could not be properly cooled as a result of the fan placements. It looks great with the multiple fans, but if you really look at them they are positioned incredibly poorly. I would not buy this computer or any PC from thermaltake.

Good pc with good specs besides the motherboard , I had it for week, it was running so good then, out of no where it started to restart by its self. I honestly don’t know the main main problem but I’m 90 percent sure it’s the motherboard, it was asrock which is not the best of the best mb.
