Great product did exactly what I was looking for. Would use it again

Thermallake BlacX is a very easy tool to gain access to internal hard drive data if you cannot use the original computer. Easy to use and works great! Plug and play type technology that allows you access to your lost data.

Pros: Plug and play for both: to computer, and hard drives to the unit. Cassette type of hard drive insertion Dual size hard drive Cons: Inserted hard drives are exposed. Only practical for temporary connections.

Simple to setup and use. I was able to save all my music, pictures and so on off my bad hard drive on my desktop with this. I see this saving me a lot of cash in repairs and file transfers that I can now do myself.

My external drive stopped working, so I purchased the Thermaltake - Blacx Hard Drive Enclosure Docking Station. Then inserted the old drive into the enclosure and presto I was able to access all my files again.

The hard drive allowed me to retrieve info from an external hard drive I was not able to use for years. This product was simple to use and I would definitely suggest it to anyone in a similar situation.

I have used this for a little while now and find no problems to speak of. you can pop one in use it and pop it out and pop another one in and use it just like it was in the computer . great product.

Had to purchase this when my PC motherboard went out so I could pull all my info off the old Hard drive ... works great and transfers files fast !

I like this dock. It made my decision to get rid of my tower simple. It's easy to access all my files from my laptop. Still trying to get iTunes set up correctly but everything else is great.

I'm taking a server class and needed to be able to wrk at home. This is a perfect solution and the USB 3.0 is great. Remember that you'll have to go into your bios to set the boot order.

My computer's mother board crashed and I needed my data from the hard drive. Bought this to transfer Hard drive info to new computer. It worked great, and transfer was fast.

I lost my computer power supply and was unable to read my old hard drive which had 8 years of information on it. Plugged it in and thankfully it read my whole hard drive.
