    For the money this gaming pc is the best bang for ur buck just wish they came with 64gb but for the price this pc is good runs all games at mediuim or high settings i recommend this to whoever needs a new gaming pc

    I am giving this a one star review in hopes that someone from Best Buy can provide a solution. I have ordered this computer twice over the past couple of weeks and paid for two day shipping. It has yet to ship and the tracking code from UPS says “shipping label has been created, butUPS has not received your package yet”. Every time I call I am being told that it will be here, but it’s never shipped. Can someone from Best Buy get this shipped??

    Do not have it shipped to your home address. Have it shipped to store, we did, we still had no tracking updates on it but it still arrived on the promised pick up day. And it was 100% worth the wait and 45 mile drive to pick it up. Plays all our games with ease and works amazing!

    I’m having the same shipment issues as other reviewers. I ordered December 8th, they cancelled the order 3 times, and the shipment date is unknown. I ordered for in-store pickup, hoping that would be better, but they still haven’t recieved the PC. I’m hoping it’s a holiday issue and I still get the PC, but it hasn’t updated me on any arrival and it doesn’t have tracking.

    This pc might be the best pc Best buy sells ran over 800 fps in Fortnite over 1000 in rocket leage and runs very game in 1080p 1440p and 4k!

    Hello everyone, just as the other individual mentioned, you will probably not receive this package for who knows how long. It was suppose to arrive today and who knows when it’ll get picked up by UPS just like the other guy mentioned. I wish they also knew what brand parts are chosen for this build as it can seriously change the pricing.

The reason we do not guarantee the manufacturer of the parts is because part availability changes on a daily basis. Rest assured, we only use parts that are equivalent to one another so all parts chosen perform the same across the board for the particular computer you have chosen.
