Fans are awesome, thermaltake software for controlling the rgb however sucks. The packaging says you can pair with other rgb software but mystic light from a msi board didn’t want to link the fans! I would think it’s an issue with msi Motherboard but all my other rgb paired well with that software. When pairing two sets of thermaltakes fans and rgb hubs is kind of a nightmare as well.

Good replacements for what came with the cyber power pc I only put three in and they are working perfectly.

The fans work well and the rgb app has alot of options when it comes to customization.

These fans are awesome! I used the software at first but then just ignored it over time. The software is so basic and cheap. The fans are good quality but be sure to have room to have the main switches in your tower.

Honestly, these things are junk ONLY because of the absolutely horrible Thermaltake software that controls the fans and RGB. It is by far the worst software I've used in conjuction with a periodic. Half of the time the fan controller isn't recognized or detected by the software with absolutely nothing changing. It takes unplugging the controller while the computer is on to get it to connect again and be detected. The only saving grace is they do move air well, but it doesn't offset the headache of just using the software to make them work.

Fans are good and look nice, but the thermaltake software and lighting effects are terrible. Software is super buggy and most the effects besides 2 or 3 look really bad. Would recommend spending the extra money on the Corsair fans instead.

These fans are put together well and the software makes it super easy to change the colors.

Theyre working great as case fans in my gf's case. Comes with a controller that plugs into a usb header on the board, and dont forget to connect the molex. I did. Felt dumb. Great fans

I have always been a Corsair fan, but I could not get the ICUE to work. Returned it and bought the Thermaltake for less money. It set up and is working very nicely.

Had to return this because there are so many cables and it is difficult to organize, nothing wrong with product but it’s just too much work.

Love this item super easy to install and it works beautifully I bought it for my wife gaming over that we built and this was the final touch very happy with it and definitely recommend it to others

Bought 3. Returned 2. Controller connectors are super touchy and either fail to connect on startup or drop with any minor movement. Multiple controllers failed to link together or read as the controller number set. The second lead from the usb connector if not hooked into a second controller is still electrically "hot" and grounds out touching any thing else metal in the case. The controllers soft ware feels out of date, but the lighting effects, fan noise and air flow are top notch. This product potentially awesome but just couldn't justify the cost for something that gave me so many troubles. The abilty to control each individual led leads to endless possibilities for cool lighting effects if one can get it to work.

Absolutely beautiful. The instruction is a little bit confusing regarding the cabling for the controller but otherwise easy to install.

The hardware is fine. But Thermaltake needs to improve the software urgently. This is my general experience: - The controller becomes unreachable randomly. Which means you cannot control the fans and won't be able to do it again until you disconnect the controller unit from your MOBO and from the PSU - Every time I leave my computer on during the night, you can see how the software stops working and the leds go from your saved settings to the default settings back and forth. I wish I returned these to BestBuy before the return window closed...
