Easy to install and they work like they’re supposed to

After buying this and installing the fans I figured out through process of elimination that the hub was faulty. After researching and looking it turns out that the hubs are faulty more times than not. Save yourself the hassle and time and just buy a name brand.

Worst case fans I've ever owned. For one the fans has USB motherboard plugs. sooooo unless your motherboard has a bunch of them can't use this by themselves. It comes with a controller card that the fans plug into and it knocks it down to just needing one USB header on the motherboard. The ports on the controller card seem very cheap. Once I plugged everything in I installed TT software to control the fans. WOOF thats some rough software. very limited on controlling the colors and fans. There is no sync feature so all the fans run independently. Colors were never in sync. Software 90% of the time said I had fans plugged into ports on the card they weren't plugged into. I had the 3 fans plugged into ports 1, 2, 3 on the card and upon opening the software it said 1,3,5 and it would say it couldn't communicate with the fans.

They look good, but I chose to return them and go with the corsair LL120 fans.

They work as planned just have very confusing instructions so a lot to google before installation .

On silent setting, these fans are nice and acceptably quiet, but on performance mode, they made someone across the room say, "What the heck is that noise?!" The Thermaltake software gets the job done, but it feels ancient and clunky. My one other complaint is that it doesn't save your color profile to the fans so, I have to see rainbow LEDs until the software boots.

okay, rgb is a pain if you dont have the right mobo header

Overall great, colors are kinda dim but I’m sure it is because of the quality. Great value

Nice bundle of cooling fans. Had to replace old fans from wear and dust. Sound production is minimal, although lights are not exactly my thing, but some may appreciate them. So far have all 3 of them running to cool my computer

Solid fans for the price , easy setup , bright and easy to use

I purchased this as exhaust fans for the back and top of my case and they work great, especially if you are out of SYS Fan slots on your motherboard, since the controller that comes with these fans takes up only one input! Highly recommend!

Got these for a build I am doing for myself. Need a graphics card and a processor still so it will be a while before I can put these to the test. I have all three mounted at the top of the case to expell hot air.

It seems like a great deal, getting 3 fans for the price. In a way it is, but be prepared to deal with a faulty rgb controller, fans that dont use the standard plug so you have to use the faulty controller, and borked software. Just invest in Noctua, tbh.

I have built my own PC's and have used Thermaltake products for many years. They are reliable and always preform as advertised. I think the quality is built into all their products which is probably the way they want to be seen.

I would improve instructions it was not clear how about How to install.

I've built 5 computers this year and I've only ever had problems with Thermaltake's products. 2 of the three fans had to get replaced by Thermaltake's support. I'm now on the 4th RGB controller with still no luck. I wish I returned these instead of trying to get them to work cause now it's way past the return date. The controllers won't interact with their own Thermaltake software so I have no control over any of the lights. I've had these and been trying to get them to work for 8 months now, and I still haven't seen what these even look like with the lights on-
