    Disappointed in quality control

The installation process was fine for the most part, the wires are super long and makes cable management a small issue. Fans turned on and spun as normal fans, but the lights would not work at all. The main problem was that the controller that came with the fans (this controls the lights within the software) was defective, the software couldn't detect the controller at all. The controller plugs in via usb 2.0 to 9 pin on the motherboard. The connection was pretty loose already, so I thought it was the 9 pin connector from the usb. However, I tried swapping it out for a usb 2.0 to usb-A and directly plugged it into a usb port on the case itself and the software still did not detect it. My computer didn't even detect anything was plugged in at all, as it notifies me when I plug/unplug something. Heard that thermaltake doesn't get back to their RMA requests, so I'm just going to return these. Overall pretty disappointed, hopefully your luck is better than mine.

    Horrible product for Ryzen Builds

Nice looking fans.......Unfortunately they do not work properly. The software for the controller hasn't been updated, and do to this they will not work on Ryzen builds. I had bought two of these, and took one back. Once I installed them, the spin at factory rpm and light up but, you have no control of the fan speed or colors. If you have a Ryzen build, dont waste your time.

    Software busted

The fans work great when the software works. There is an on going glitch in the software that controls these fans since 2018 that hasn't been addressed yet. On some systems when you power off your PC or put it to sleep the software won't launch when you power it back on. You have to disconnect the USB from the hub, launch the software, wait for it to pop up then plug it back in for it to work.

    MSI Owners Beware

There are issues with the hub being detected with MSI motherboards. Not to mention their support is lacking (honestly it is non-existent ) I kept getting error that the fan hub wasn't detected, I could go into device manager and uninstall it, then re-install it and it would work. The whole time the header wasn't detected, the fans would spin with no RGB.

Controller constantly disconnects and defualts to the "wave" setting with no fan control. Sometimes controller comes back after restart, sometimes only if you unplug the power from motherboard and plug it back in. Many have suggested to connect the controller to an external usb port. I did this and it worked for 20 hours then randomly decided to lose the controller again. Some say this occurs when computer goes into sleep mode, but it did it while I was working on my computer. I would say avoid these fans. Or at the very least google the problems people are having before purchasing.
