Overall, these fans get the job done, assuming the software isn't being temperamental that day. The software seemingly gets so support, and I've run into the issue where the program launches on it's own, which is very obtrusive if you're in the middle of work or gaming. I ended up perusing the ThermalTake forums and found an outdated, completely unsupported piece of software that was originally designed for these fans (since replaced by a cover-all app), and that software works much better.
The fans themselves are pretty quiet, though at full speed you can slightly hear them through headphones while gaming. Sometimes I would open up the software and would receive an error that the terminal wasn't connected. Usually I could restart the PC and it would be detected, but sometimes I would have to open up the side panel on my case, unplug, then plug the terminal back in.

Caveat: I bought these fans by mistake. I was looking for case fans, and did not realize that these were meant for attaching to a radiator. ;-) However, they work great for my intended purpose.
The fans are well-constructed with rubber mounting spacers to reduce vibration. Blade design is great and moves a large amount of air.
The standout here is the included software. Each fan can be set individually for choice of RGB mode, color, and fan speeds. A large variety of options are available for all settings.
NOTE: The fans use a propriety controller and do not attach to motherboard pins. The controller attaches to a USB connection on the motherboard.

Love theses fans. Easy to install. They come with their own control center if your motherboard doesn't have one.

Let me start by saying I did return this product, but not for craftsmanship or quality purposes. These fans are great. They were not loud, great color, software was easy and the setup is a breeze. I would recommend these 100 times over. Why did I return them? I thought my previous fans were toast, turns out the RGB controller on my motherboard was the root cause. I returned these and bought a new motherboard.

Great cooling but the lackluster software is a great disappointment. While there is a controller included they can really only be synced with a motherboard equipped an RGB header and they cannot be controlled by RGB PLUS.

This product was very affordable and easy to use! The controller that is included comes with Velcro and was easy to mount into my case.
Software is a bit interesting and I’ve noticed the fans don’t boot up to the colors you preset until you are actually in windows. Other then that they are great vibrant fans with easy plug ins and installation.
Keeps my temps within 65-68 degrees Celsius during heavy workload.

Thought this would be a plug and play setup but TT decided to do their own thing and not follow the standards the rest of the PC industry is using. The fans are ok and look nice, the software is terrible and the controller has had issues. I would look at Corsair unless you are strapped for that little bit extra cash, but if you're buying RGB fans, I imagine money isn't the real issue.

These are large fans. They did not fit my midsize case but they are ok from a quality perspective and it's a good ting to be able to buy triple packs like this. There are no instructions for them so if you don't know what or how to place/orient them to get what you want I would not recommend them. The are plastic but not cheap and they do what they are supposed to do which is move air and make rainbow colors. If you are doing a full size case I would say they are a good value. Make sure though not to buy a case that comes with fans already.

The fans look great and work awesome. The software is extremely dated though, and it's defaulted to open every time the computer is powered on. Why would you need this software open more than a couple of times?

These fans are well designed and can put out some fast and cool airflow. I also like the controller setup alot. Very easy to install and comes with plenty of extra parts in case you dont want to mount to a radiator. The Downloadable app is pretty nice and easy, control the fan speeds with a simple slider and there are tons of different color layouts .
It's also cool to have the option to hook up another remote to run even more fans . 9 total on one system .

Like many others, I've had controller and TTRGB detection issues. I bought the first set because my old PC had some fans go out and this kit was available at my local Best Buy. I ended up buying an additional kit to replace the other case fan and add a couple additional fans.
Even though the two controllers are properly configured and jumpers set, the primary controller almost always has to be unplugged and plugged back in upon reboot.
The one last troubleshooting step I have yet to try is adding an additional Molex cable to my RM850x so that each controller can be on its own dedicated Molex connection from the PSU. Currently, both controllers are plugged into the same Molex cable (with different connectors).
Regardless, this setup was simply too difficult to properly set up with ease and even after all troubleshooting, still doesn't work 100%
None of the controller or software issues would actually matter that much if the fans didn't default to a completely random RGB setting.
As for the fans themselves, they work pretty well and I don't have any issues from a performance standpoint. But its really, really annoying to have to remove my side panel to manually unplug the controllers after each reboot. If you're cool with that then enjoy.
