In fact, the card ran hotter with the fan. It was a decently made product in terms of durability and working when plugged in. But I didn't have any luck with it's actual intended purpose.

Without it, it barely spins like 300 rpm. Obviously not loud but no airflow either. Some ppl are giving it 5 stars for being quiet, buti cant imagine giving 5 stars if it barely blows. Maybe somethings wrong with mine or my motherboard
