Does the job, go to thermal grease

I've used this thermal grease many times when re-greasing the processor and the heat sink and had no issues. It does what it needs to do, simple as that.

Thermaltake TG-7 Thermal Grease

This grease goes on well, is easily controlled for small applications and even comes with an applicator spatula. The transfer properties measure better than I expected and there is enough in the tube for multiple applications. I tested it on one laptop, then a second, now I’m convinced it was a great purchase and worth the extra cost.
