    Very impressed with the Thermaltake GF A3 1200W power supply. The compact size is the first thing I notice when opening the package compared to a Corsair HX1200W, build quality is also just as good. Power delivery has been doing great so far with a 12900K, MSI MPG 790 Carbon WiFi ii, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB.

    Works great only draw back they change wire harness connection slight , I purchased white one was a little different , but came with own wiring.

    Got the 1200W, It's enough power to push an Asus Astral 5090 and a 5800X3D but even when using the smart fan setting, the PSU fan still burnt up the bearing in only 4 months. Not it sounds like a lawn mower chopping grass. Best buy total warranty is gonna cover, but I gotta pay the deductible. The second one better last longer than 4 months. I've never had this issue with Thermaltake, I think it's just the sheer amount of heat it's geeneating is too much for the obviously cheap fan they use.

    It's good when it works great. 3 months later, fan starts making noise and the next day it completely failed. I definitely didn't over load the 1200W. The repair is approved, but they want me to ship in PSU for repair. Meaning, if I want to use my PC who know how long, i need to buy another PSU. I would look for more reliable one so that it isn't to much of a hassle. Note, I have so many PSU in the past, many of which I took it out and use it for other purposes which more than 10 years old. This is my first one that failed within 3 months.
