Died after 6 months of use. For the price look elsewhere like Corsair or MSI. Its not even an A tier rated PSU, but there are others in the same price range that are. The cords are bulky and hard to maneuver in tight spaces. The fan had a weird ticking about a month after install. Save yourself a headache and skip this one

Bought this PSU around Christmas and installed around the first of the year. Just into February and it died. Tested with another PSU and computer fires right up.

Dead on arrival. It never came on. That broke my trust with them. Thermaltake makes great towers and cooling things but power supplies, na. I don't want to totally knock them. You might buy one and it works great with no issues. I just wasn't that lucky.

Bought new last Aug 12,2024. Was not able to assemble the PC right away. Upon using, fan makes clanking noise; not coil whine but loud clanking noise.

    Lost trust in the Brand

I bought this PSU based on a friend that had one and suggested it. The price was good for a fully modular unit, it worked fine for two months until a few days ago when I moved the PC to a new computer desk I bought. When I move or work on my PC'S I always flip the power switch on the PSU and when I flipped the power switch back on I saw a small spark come from behind the cooling fan and it's been dead ever since. I ended up buying a new Corsair RM850X instead because I no longer trust this brand. Filing an RMA is probably a waste of time and at the moment I cannot locate the original receipt. Will just suck the loss.
