This PSU is more than enough that I need for my gaming Rig. I bought this power supply in October of last year and it still is holding up quite well. I will never need to get another one even if I run SLI. Thanks Best Buy for a quality product.

Installation was easy, size is fantastic for an 850w PSU. RGB looks great. BE MINDFUL OF YOUR CASE, my nzxt case is vented so you can see the rgb of the bottom mounted psu in my case. Some cases are not vented and you will not see the rgb.

I built a new Ryzen 3900x with X570 Tuf Gaming motherboard, 2 SSDs, 1 HHD, 64GB RAM with a 2080ti video card & 6 case fans.. works great.. the built in LED is cool though it is independent of Aura Sync on the Asus motherboard. I have plenty of power to spare so I'm not driving it at full load. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an extra splash of color with great power for a gaming & productive (Adobe CC, Maya, etc.) machine.

Great upgrade. I am running a GTX 2060 and this power supply is running it great. I like that it has RGB and that it can also be turned off if you do not want it. It is quit and a great value.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700X with a GTX 1070 ti and the fan can stay off if you set it to only come on when it is needed. It is fully modular so it did make building the PC a lot easier and the RGB ring is a nice touch.

RGB is cool, especially on a power supply where you wouldn't even see it. Otherwise great PSU don't get any throttle with 3080 and 10900k

When the power supply on my second computer went out, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted a Thermaltake. I have had one in my other computer for a few years now. RGB is a nice added touch.

Decent Value

Overall, it is a decent value being 80 plus gold and modular. Took off a star because of RGB and cables.
The RGB is on the PSU fan and not visible in most case configurations. Also, it is controlled by a button, no software control.
The cables have a cheap look to them. Might as well be running mustard cables. You can purchase extensions if aesthetics matter to you, but that is more money you have to spend (decreasing the value proposition).

Thermaltake RGB 850W

I purchased this to replace a Thermaltake 750W power supply that didn't have and 8 and 4 pin connection for a new Z490 motherboard that I just purchased to upgrade my PC. I was happy with the performance of my prior Thermaltake 750W so I decided to stay with their brand for my new purchase. Working flawlessly so far.

One of many good power supplies I have dealt with good for first time pc builders, cable management is awesome and rgb is okay, it does not sync well but it does lighting, if you are not big into RGB then this will be a good PSU to start with!

RGB does not do multiple colors at a time, it shows one color at a time, and cycles through them. Not a huge deal. Kind of hard to see depending on the case you install this in. Great power supply, though. Excellent lighting controls on the rear, smart fan option is nice, runs very quiet, and I love that the grates will take self tapping screws if your case doesn't have the correct pre-drilled holes to install it. Saved me a headache! No issues so far and never needs to turn the fan on!
