Have not had long but so far the PC is running everything I have thrown at it very nicely. Running most games 4k 100+ FPS. Having a few issues I have not figured out yet. The RAM is only running at 2600 MHZ with XMP disabled and when I try to enable XMP in the BIOS the system gives me a memory error and defaults back to the 2600 MHZ. The RGB software only controls the RAM as it tells me there is no controller connected in the system and the R button on top of the case only resets the system

This PC is crazy good. I ran a benchmark test on it and it gave me over 130fps at 4k. Absolute beast at a decent price. It took me a little time to figure out how to control the RGB fans but once you update all the drivers, they should sync with no problem. I gave it 4 stars because it came with a broken front dust filter, which was the only part of the PC that was loose in the shipping box. Since the dust filter is broken, it doesn't fully attach to the front surface of the PC (see pictures)

Really nice setup! Works flawlessly. It was plug and play (noting really tells you that). It's the ideal custom build without building it, at a reasonable price. I would add, there is no instructions on how to remove the side panel of glass to remove the packaging from shipping and I couldn't find anything online to explain it. The glass in front of the 3 fans pops right off, where as the side glass housing has to be unscrewed on the back and you slide the glass towards the back of the computer to remove the foam inserts. Lastly, it came with a bunch of wires in a Velcro bag...I still have no idea what they are for and nothing tells you; so you assume they are to make connections but they are not. Not sure if you can change the color the fans display, again, no instructions and can't find anything only to tell me. Very minor hiccups but still annoying. I still gave it 5 stars because I could just be dumb. LOL!

I use it for editing photos and artwork in between matches of COD. So far it has performed perfectly. Photoshop and call of duty are both demanding on the pc, ive been super impressed and my husband now wants one.

Great fps, no lag, runs everything at near max settings. Great rgb support, needs a gpu strut to endure no gpu sag but other than that great.

got this pc 4 make a wish so that's why i have no purchase thingy. This pc is really good. I use this for editing my tiktoks and hitting clips on kids. runs Fortnite at 800+ fps if uncapped. going also from a 7 year old laptop to this has been nothing but a fever dream. TYSm make a wish!!

Solid Pre-built but i have no clue how to change rgb’s insjde pc & how to tweak the fans. Needs clearer instructions.

Great computer for a lazy gamer looking for better graphics, HD space/speed and ram. I know if I had done the work/research I could have built a better computer for the same price or less. But i be lazy and this was everything i wanted/needed.

The computer is nothing short of amazing. I’ve had no problems with it. It runs absolutely flawless came out of the box and plugged in as described couldn’t be more happy with the experience.

Has out done everything ive asked for. Highly recommend. Also bought when it was at $2,200 so its gone up some since. Hasnt been a game it cant handle. Highly recommend to anyone asking!

Ive seen some mediocre to bad reviews on other Thermaltake pcs here which is concerning but so far so good.

The literal best computer i’ve ever owned, i won’t have to upgrade for years to come.

Plug and play basically. Had for a few months now and no issues.

It’s a really good looking pc and it runs all the tops games on ultra settings I would recommend it
