    No problems reading meat temps quickly and easily, on the grill or in the house, with this product. Battery lasts a LONG time on these. If it seems like the plastic isn't good quality, dont be fooled..it is. My daughter tried to force the probe out of one by mistake (now our spare), instead of pushing the button..broke the hinge piece, but still works great.
