Equipment is not reliable

I purchased two different camera models, along with all optional accessory hardware available, with store installation. Both cameras had great picture quality, when the camera function worked properly. Unfortunately, both cameras/accessory hardware was undependable. I ultimately discovered the Thinkware product technology is substandard and only works intermittently. Ugh. I was very excited to purchase the Thinkware brand and did not invest the time necessary to properly research before my purchase... so my experience was a lesson learned for me (twice). Don't be fooled by the higher star "fluff" reviews that appear legit.. the camera function is not dependable and may not work when you want it to. Save your money and time.. choose a different brand.
