Don't buy

I puchased this to record incidicence occuring around my vehicle. This unit does not operate as the manufacture says it will. In driving mode on continuos recording mode it only record 50 seconds of every minute. I was involded in a accident recently and brought up the video and the recorder stopped recording 5 seconds before the crash and restarted recording after the crash which was 5 seconds. Also the camera is supposed to autmatically save footage on impact and it did not. Thought the 10 seconds missing was a glitch in recording but it was not watched an hours worth of recordings and it stopped recording every 50 seconds and restarted 10 seconds later.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with the F200PRO unit's continuous recording feature. The unit should always record in one-minute increments continuously. When an accident occurs the footage clip with cut off and transfer to your event/incident folder in the file list. If this did not occur you may have a faulty unit or MicroSD card. None of the other cameras that I have had have done that. Please take note that the camera does not have a rear screen for you to see what's going on

Rear cam upside down

I noticed the rear camera was upside down. Brought it back in to get it right . Was told they had no way of testing if it was upside down.

We are sorry to hear about this! You can test the rear camera by using the live view option or rear footage clips to determine if it is positioned in the correct orientation. If it is installed upside-down, it will have to be removed and placed correctly with the Thinkware Logo facing indoors.

Always have to update every time. I would not recommend for anyone to use this. Nice feature but hate how you have to connect and update. Don't waste your money. I am returning this item ASAP and trying something else
