    I’m writing this review 4 days after getting my dash cam installed by Best Buy. I went to grab some video yesterday, and I noticed there was no video from the entire hour I drive to and from work. Today, the same happened. When I try connecting to the app, it connects briefly before both lights (WiFi and status) go out on the camera and then the WiFi comes back as a red light. It then says “continuous recording will now begin”. But there’s no videos since two days ago. I’m pretty upset because I spent quite a bit of money between the cam, the install, and the extended warranty. I’ll go to Best Buy during my lunch today to see if they can get it working again, but as of now I’m pretty disappointed in the product.
