    Had your Geek Squad install the Dash Cam. Front works fine but, the rear camera will not stay in place. This is due to heat causing he adhesive not to stick. Took it back & they re-attached it & same problem occurred. It was suggested by my mechanic to try attaching a thin metal plate and a magnet (the same way you would mount a phone). Not sure why tech didn't take that route. Never had issues in the past. I now have a rear camera that's useless. Will try another facility to help.

    Drained my battery.

    Install was a nightmare because the kit says it has a hardwiring cable yet you have to go out your way to purchase all the tools needed to install. My cars battery is a year old, during install, my battery died. Luckily all I needed was a jump start and I was good to go. Camera was workinng good for 3 days with no issues before again, my car would not start after 12 hours of not driving. That was the last straw. There’s obvious faults in this dashcam and the battery monitor settings are clearly defective. Will be returning!

    Doesn't work with my phone

    The reason I bought this was because I wanted a dash cam that would work with my phone. My exact words were: "if it doesn't work with my phone, I don't want it." This dash cam doesn't work with my phone! I paid for your installation also. I want to return it and get one that works with my phone (Google pixel 4a) and have the new one installed with no extra charge.

    The most frustrating thing about buying this is the app. It will constantly disconnect from the wifi while you are in the range of it. Then it'll play for 5 seconds and freeze the video, but you can still hear the audio. Also super annoying you have to be connected to the wifi of the device in order to view the videos

    The quality of the footage is great. The only downside is the connection between the app and the camera itself. Sometimes it will connect flawlessly and other times it’s a hassle. I hate that you have to connect the app to the camera in order to see the footage. It would be better if it works via a cloud storage (similar to the way the ring & google nest cameras work).
