Dead on arrival

Used thinkware for 4 years now have to seitch brands since camera died.

It connects to your phone by WiFi and 80% of the time it won’t connect. Lately, whenever I start my truck, it says I need to format the memory card. To do this, the WiFi needs to be connected so it took me several tries to format. But when I finally connected, I formatted the memory card. But the next time it powers on, it says I need to format it again. I’ll probably return it.

Thinkware Customer service was horrilbe for a warranty replacement they gave me the run arounds for proof of thier default merchandise. I recommend no one to buy this product.

Worst camera

Worst Camera

Out of nowhere it would stop working and then start beeping every couple of seconds. Then days later would work like normal but within minutes stop working again. This is annoying when driving. I had to swap it for another one and both had same issue. I am having it uninstalled now. Would recommend another brand or better model.

Good but with a flaw

I'll be taking it back to Best Buy installation team to work on resolving the issue and come back to update this review.

Very fussy connections between phone and device make for an aggrivating experience. I threw mine right in the trash and don't care or regret it a bit.
