Unfortunately, this is how our systems/app works. We are sorry for any miscommunication caused.
If you wish to access footage away from the vehicle, you can save the video clips to the downloaded videos folder which can be accessed even when the vehicle is turned off as an alternative.

The F200PRO does have parking mode options and just have to be enabled in the settings and with the proper power cable. After purchasing the product and picked up I was told they no longer install the camera because the installation department was being closed. Now I have to find someone to install it. If I had know that I would have bought it somewhere else. So you tell me what I want to hear so you to sell the product. I’ll buy my product somewhere else that I can trust !!
