    Had Best Buy tech install it and have used it for the past 10 days and all works well. Records in 60-second segments so if you ever need it for legal purposes, you will have a good visual.

    What I like is the app function I can download and send or just view action system also runs at all times not just when vehicle is on that's great when parked

    BUYER BEWARE... Thinkware camera equipment does not perform as described. I purchased two different models with store installation. Both had great picture quality, when the camera function worked properly. Unfortunately, both cameras were undependable. I ultimately discovered the Thinkware product technology is substandard and only works intermittently. Ugh. I was very excited to purchase the Thinkware brand and did not invest the time necessary to properly research before my purchase... so my experience was a lesson learned for me (twice). Don't be fooled by the higher star "fluff" reviews that appear legit.. the camera function is not dependable and may not work when you want it to. Save your money and time.. choose a different brand.

    Looks so good on the start after install cause i have installed it with hard wiring it. It does record even when parked. Great feature is it records for front and back. Then i have just noticed one day the camera does not turn on when starting vehicle. I have checked all wirings, which is all intact.unit does not turn on at all Contacted thinkware online help. They havecontacted me backand have asked me to send them the receipt. So i have sent them my receipt. But upon talking to them back and forth. They have indicated that I was not communicating to them and said that they will close my thread. As if they shut me down. I am stuck with a non working camera.

    While the hardware is built very well for what you are paying you would think it would have a better sensor in it. Day time its pretty good but night there are far better sensors on the market that cheaper dashcams use that will outperform this one.

    just go to the app store and look at the reviews on this piece of junk app. I had nothing but connectivity issues, password issues, just the worse ever. Like everyone else who reviewed the app, run from this camera. Support is BS as well. Hit or miss if they answered the phone.

    Purchased a Thinkware F200 Dashcam in late July 2021. Had BestBuy install it on August 6th. Within several weeks, the camera began issuing faults that resulted in the system going into a re-boot. It was loosing connection to the GPS antenna. Now I am looking at an appointment to "diagnose" the issue at BestBuy. I contacted Thinkware and they told me to return the camera for replacement under warranty, but did not issue an RMA # or give me an address. AFTER they get tracking information, they will send another one. Hopefully, it arrives before we are involved in another hit and run.

    Absolute piece of junk with a prehistoric app. All i want to do is pull one video and they seem to make it harder than doing your annual tax returns. But as the title states, it does have great durability, i smashed it against my windshield 5 times out of rage and it still works but thats all thats good about this

    Its not accurate & it doesnt show parking motions, its backwards too! When im driving it says im parked vice versa and its draining my battery every day!

    Stopped working on phone!

    It stop connecting to my phone. The wifi connection stop working. Imagine spending a couple of hundred dollars on a product just for it to stop working.
