Have to connect to Wi-Fi is a nice feature to sync with the app. Wish it was a bit easier to connect without having to sign-in to a SSID vs Bluetooth. Still need to install the rear camera.

The video quality is great for both day and night, only thing is that you're not able to access the camera video unless you're in the car, wish i could log into the account and view video while in my home especially if I'm getting home after dark.

Great video quality. It also accepts lager memory storage cards. The difficulty to install this is 7 out of 10 and might require additional components when hard wiring in. I would highly recommend professional installation if you are not familiar with vehicles maintenance and electric systems. This can be use to provide evidence in an accident or "if you were not really speeding, but yhe cop says you are."

Had it for a couple years with no issues. Definitely recommend getting the back camera to. I got rear ended and the video helped with insurance to show who’s at fault.

I recommend them to people all the time and show them this one as this is the one I have in one of my vehicles. Someone sideswiped my wife in her Jeep and this recorded it. They basically bounced off her tires, no damage to the Jeep. The other person has decent damage. The video from this has made for quite a bit of entertainment as well as a piece of mind that we're covered when it's someone else's fault.

It gives me peace of mind that I have an unbiased witness of my encounters while driving a minimum of 50 miles a day. What impressed me more than anything was Sean's customer service at the Frisco location. 15 minutes after we dropped off my car, Sean called to let us know that the first dash cam that we bought, that was integrated into a rearview mirror, had a very limited perspective to the right of center and did not record to the rear. He suggested this model that was actually LESS expensive, and worked us in the next weekend in-between jobs when he was booked for the day.

The recorded video is good but could use the cpl filter. Which does cost extra. It comes with more than enough wire for both the power and the backup camera. Asd as it does not come with a view screen it will not distract you while you are driving.
