Compared to the aftermarket offerings, this is far better quality. It's also a better price. Just get this from Best Buy, avoid the Amazon knock-offs.

Also enables parking mode video recording. Made all my connections to battery power, accessory power and ground in the overhead console of my 2013 Tahoe. No issues and looks great!

It was of high quality but I felt it was overpriced. That being said the parking protection worked perfectly once I installed the kit.

Cost is a. It ridiculous for what it is though. Only thing special about it is the plug to the unit, no special circuitry or boxes. Otherwise it's just a power wire, ignition power wire, and a ground.
