They Reverse The Camera View

I hooked up the camera and noticed that everything in the view finder was reversed. I called tech support and they said that is the way they have changed it to be as folks were using as a backup camera.
I other words when you look at your phone the cars/video on y our right will be on the left. STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!
Who cares what stupid people do, I bought the camera to see who is behind me or who hits my truck. I should have the option and not be forced into looking at reverse video.

It was not anything what was said. I bought a stereo with duel connection for video cameras and this will not connect after the store person said it would every disappointed. So the back up camera would not work unless I want to review it later what is no help when you own a big truck and wanted to use it as help backing up

I bought the THINKWARE - F800 Dash Cam - Gray and will have that with my THINKWARE - F800R Back-Up Camera - Black installed this week. Can't wait since about 2 month ago I got hit by an uninsured driver who claimed that I put my signal on, merged into the left lane and then hit her car.

Not really impressed with this rearview camera
Images seem very gray or dark the only thing you can identify is headlights I just have standard factory window tent on my car I assume it is interfering with the detail

Will Not Stay Mounted

as far as the camera goes it ok, but it will not stay on the rear window, the adhesive stays on the window but the adhesive between the camera and the adhesive piece keeps coming off. I clean it with alcohol, scraped the slick surface off, replaced the adhesive 3 times, it still falls off the window about once a month. It is seriously frustrating. It is on a vertical truck window on a silver truck. Sticks to window but not to camera mounts. Adhesive is only about 1/2'' square.

BUYER BEWARE... Thinkware camera equipment does not perform as described. I purchased two different models with store installation. Both had great picture quality, when the camera function worked properly. Unfortunately, both cameras were undependable. I ultimately discovered the Thinkware product technology is substandard and only works intermittently. Ugh. I was very excited to purchase the Thinkware brand and did not invest the time necessary to properly research before my purchase... so my experience was a lesson learned for me (twice). Don't be fooled by the higher star "fluff" reviews that appear legit.. the camera function is not dependable and may not work when you want it to. Save your money and time.. choose a different brand.
