Purchased in early January and have had three months of use. All features performing as advertised and extremely pleased. There is a "learning curve" for a first time user of a webcam (that's me) and I found Thinkware customer support to be fantastic. The cam was installed by Geek Squad and I would give them four stars. They didn't install "exactly" where we discussed on the windshield, but did so once acknowledged. Whoever you have install, review beforehand the installation guidelines available from Thinkware so there will be no misunderstanding.

I purchased this camera system for my Cadillac because I liked the design. I also read the reviews and it seemed to have a lot of great positive reviews. I also went on YouTube and took a look at the reviews and they all were positive. It took me a little time to install of the system properly but the results were well worth it. I would recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a reliable and easy to use camera system.

So far so good with this dash cam. Video is very clear for a dash cam. Don't expect the same quality as you would from a normal 4K camera or even your phone camera. It may be a 4K dash cam but there are other sacrifices dash cams make in order to keep file size low.

Great product love the parking mode option. I would recommend to anyone that parks on the streets. Let Best Buy auto techs do the install, it was seemless.

Great camera, hate the app interface and how it connects to the phone. Not user friendly. The adhesive that came with it is terrible for the rear camera. I had to pull it all off and replace it with a 3M strip.

Clear color video and can view downloaded recordings anywhere from my smartphone. Front and rear recordings are easily accessed on my laptop from the microSD card.

I used to have a Cobra dashcam but it would be stop recording when it was too hot. The Cobra dashcam usually miss many videos so I choose this 4K Thinkware dashcam. The GPS include is the best function really helpful for me.

Great camera quality 4k in front and 2k on back works great no issues.

Install on my new car , two another it was Black vue, and I have experience to compare it! I said it not bad, probably much better what I thought before. Needs more time to looking how is better.

Add on security for new car when I am driving and not around

I just upgraded to this model and it is night and day from an earlier version of Thinkware you will not be disappointed if you get these cameras

It’s not really as good as I thought it would be for the price. I have had a Rexing brand I found to be better,easy to operate. I would not buy again or recommend

Boy, trying to set everything up is a 'real pain in the rear'. The provided instruction are useless (61 pages), so you actually have to contact the Support people. Video is great, though.

After getting the F200 for my truck , I was so happy with it I, I got the 1000 model for my 2022 MDX. Both have rear cameras as well.

The included installation kit proved useful to hardwire it into my car's fuse box. Surveillance angles wide enough and the sensors are sensitive enough while parked. The rear camera's cable was long enough to tuck under my headliner. Great night time recording quality as well. The camera announces statuses, A LOT, with default settings. The app let's you mute most of it, and that's enough for me.

Camera quality is great, app is useless. Don’t expect it to do anything other than record locally. I’ve exchanged 43 emails with tech support to fix this and I still am unable to connect with their advertised cloud or see a “live view”.

The Thinkware - U1000 4KFront and 2kRear Camera Dash Cam is to great to use.
