Not sure why it came loose from the mounting plate as the highways are smooth and the car experienced no bump. 3) when I try to install and set up the camera, as soon as I connect to my Wi-Fi, I get an error message in six seconds telling me the Wi-Fi has disconnected.

Issues started after 3 months.

The camera power cycles about every 15 seconds. I've tried using the 12v power adapted, the OBDII adapter, and hard wiring it. Same thing across all three methods. This only happens with the rear camera connected. I've contacted Thinkware support, hopefully I just got a bad unit. But at this time I can not recommend such an expensive dash cam. This issues are unacceptable.
