    Just don’t get consistent access to video, especially live video. Cumbersome to use at the very least. Support line on a Friday was never available. It said no support team available??? Garbage there.

    Recordings are only accessible from the app when it is connected to the camera's wifi or removing the SD card. If you have a Mac you will need to buy an SD card adapter. Keep in mind the SD card is a micro so you will need an SD card adapter as well. Assuming you never need to help from Thinkware, it's just ok. But Thinkware's customer service is horrible.
