Clear picture, even at night, easy video retrieval

It is an amazing dash cam with extremely clear video quality. The app is amazing and works way better than the app for my Thinkware U-1000 did. It’s very easy to retrieve recordings, very easy to program, very easy to connect to. It includes a circular polarizing filter (CPL), which does an amazing job of eliminating glare in the picture. If you are installing this in an EV or hybrid, although the dashcam does have a feature which you can set it to will automatically turn itself off if the 12V battery charge gets too low, I would recommend also installing an iVolt backup battery. Although Best Buy does not sell them, they will install them. This is my fifth dashcam, my second Thinkware and I’m sticking with this brand.

Even Best Buy failed me as they did not confirm connection from camera to phone. Cannot connect to wifi which is needed to use camera. Have called thinkware 3 times and although responsive and quick to suggest remedies none have worked to date. Back to the store it goes. Will just use the F800 which was working fine - I just wanted upgraded camera
