Want a dead battery and a nonrecording rear camera

This product did not work out of the box. This product is not supposed to record when parking mode is set to off. On Monday morning after being gone for the weekend, I come back to a dead car battery. The camera was recording the whole weekend, draining my battery. I brought this to the attention of customer service and their response was “it doesn’t record when the vehicle is off and parking mode is set to off”. The front camera will speak when it is turned on. Every time I manually turn the front camera on, it states “Rear Camera Disconnected”. This seems to be a known issue with thinkware as they gave me steps to remedy the problem. Those steps did not work and they are working to provide me a new rear camera. I thought their customer service was good at first since the rear camera was the first issue. They treated me well, responded quickly. But the issue with the front camera and their response to it tells me to never deal with thinkware again.

Great Dashcam setup

I recently got into a car wreck while driving another commuter car, so thought having video evidence may be super helpful during the insurance investigation. These are high quality and super easy to install. Highly recommended.
