Doesn’t work

It’s now 8pm and there has been no change in temp inside the fridge or freezer. I can hear the compressor “working” but it is not cooling. The box was beat up upon delivery and the freezer door was dented. Frustrated because I can’t get it in my car to return it. I’ll update this review in the morning after giving the unit a full 24 hours to get to temperature. The instruction manual is literally useless and there were black scuffs inside the freezer.

Several inches in width and height. They did not ship the wrong item as the model numbers match but the sizes are wrong. Now I have to call BestBuy to arrange for pickup and haul away. Frustrating.
