Not really much of a problem at first then it starts over heating just from charging and it’s literally taking the color off the bottom on my computer in a small spot

This is by far the worst laptop I've ever owned! Slow to open anything. This had made online school more of a headache then it already is. We have another brand that works fine so it isn't the wifi connection.

That computer charger heated up and I can’t even use the keyboard. A waste of my money. I bought a warranty and still had to pay eighty four dollars for them to tell me what is wrong with it. Really

The worrrst. I got it yesterday and sill return it tomorrow. I needed a really affordable laptop just to be able to do some Microsoft Word assignments. This computer was soooo slow (and no its not my internet) I just gave up. It would've been straight if it wasn't so slow

They gave me a defective laptop the battery goes away very fast DONT BUY THIS.

Pros are a bright display, a beautiful case, clacky keys, low price. Cons are cant upgrade to Win 11, very short power cord, short battery life. I like it a lot. The Celeron processor is slow but then Windows updates take a lot of time. Once the updates are done this laptop does great. I took switched it out of S mode to download remote desktop software and Chrome Beta. After all that downloading and updating I find the unit is very nice for $219.
