Stay away from this wine cooler! Can be heard loudly 30 feet away from it. The temperature constantly fluctuated 6 to 7 degrees from programmed. I leave in a tropical area and door pane constantly creates condensation up to have a lot of water on the floor. I asked for an exchange and after being told by customer service that it was available and that they would deliver it to me in a week. Two days before the first delivery intent they called me to postpone the delivery because it was not actually available and that they were supposed to receive it that same day from the manufacturer and that they could deliver it to me ten days later, to which I agreed. Three days before the second scheduled delivery date, Customer Service called me again to reschedule the delivery because they had not yet received it, so the different versions were not acceptable to me and I asked them to pick up their damage wine cooler and proceed with a refund.

Great Wine Fridge, lots of space dual temp setting, different light settings and colors. Only negative, non standard bottles fit tight in shelves.

Built somewhat sturdy but does not fit majority of our wine bottles…like, literally most of them. Too tight to try and squeeze 160 bottles. Plus, the dual zone only works one way and cannot flip. The larger section should fit either reds or whites but it only goes to a certain temperand not below 54°. We have way more whites than reds, so you can see how that does not work for our collection. Very disappointed for the price point.

Real person here, real review. I read the other reviews before purchasing and for some reason didn’t listen. While this is marketed as a wine fridge, wine does not fit in it. Literally no clue what wine bottle this was tested on but I’ve got a bunch of bottles with scratched labels now from trying to shove them into the sholves. This should be removed from sale. Also make sure you ask about full service delivery as that’s what I thought I was getting but instead they just dropped this 300-400lb thing and left me to open the box and get it off a pallet and plugged in. Required help from two neighbors.

cool light colors. like the wood. Sturdy enough. allows to modify placement of the bottles. can't see 162 bottles fitting easily

Looks like a great product, but the thermostats will not set. A replacement is supposedly on the way . We have been waiting for several weeks. Hopefully this was just a Lemmon.

The delivery staff were courteous but left grooves in my heart pine floors and stated that BB would get with me for compensation which never happened. Despite several phone calls and computer chats I'm stll waiting. Imagine that. The product is as advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I’m happy with this wine fridge. Bottles of all sizes loaded easily. Both zones chilled to desired temp within 24 hours. And the unit looks great! Definitely recommend it.

Worked without a problem for 2.5 years (warranty is only 2 years). But then started beeping and one of the zones lights flashed and would not stop doing this (it still cools) just very annoying. Also I second the comments about the sizes of bottles I have trouble fitting many of my wine bottles if they are larger etc...too.
