Good capacity for a counter width refrigerator. Its clean lines look elegant in my kitchen. Appreciate the versatility of settings for refrigerator, freezer and middle drawer.

First the Pros: good space, love the deli drawer and the ability to change temp for all parts of the fridge/freezer. Love the freezer design, deceptively spacious. We can fit a ton of stuff that we couldn't in our old side-by-side. Cabinet depth is great. Fits nice without sticking out super far. The Cons: Worked okay for about 6 months. Then a capacitor blew, bricking the fridge. Called in a ticket. It took three visits and several emails to customer support to get it fixed. Thor only uses third party techs, which is fine, but the parts have to be mailed which introduces issues when a tech isn't 100% sure of the problem. This results in a lot of back and forth mailing of parts. The next time it broke, a month later, the freezer light, the ice maker, and the display bar all stopped working. That took several rounds of tech visits to properly diagnose. On one of the visits, the tech accidentally destroyed the water line on the back of the fridge when he was sliding it back into place. No big deal, accidents happen, but he wasn't allowed to put a universal coupler on the line without Thor sending the part. Thor was out of stock on that part with no expected re-stock date. We had to buy the part off of Amazon and give it to the tech to fix the water line. He thought the root of the problem was the display board, and informed us that they go out all the time on these Thor models. After multiple parts and multiple visit cancellations (again, these things happen, but the tech literally cancelled five times on us. Thor doesn't have any QA on that side of the business), it was finally fixed. Now a bracket has come unglued, so one of the fridge shelves slides back and forth, unsecured. At this point I should probably start looking into lemon laws.

Well designed, great layout. I bought this refrigerator because it had a noise rating of 45dBA, the quietest refrigerator I have ever owned. It replaces a 3-month-old Whirlpool Refrigerator that I bought from my Builder Pulte as an upgrade for my new home purchase. The upgraded Whirlpool refrigerator supplied by my builder was the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned, consistently putting out 61dBA of noise. Unfortunatley, neither Whirlpool or Pulte would do anything to resolve the issue of the fridge being noisey, They sent technicians out twice, whose response was that if it were cold then it is working as designed regardless to how loud it was. Back to the Thor refrigerator, besides Thor providing a Noise rating, which few offer. Cudo's to Thor for including a standard 2 year warranty with this refrigerator, all the others I looked out only came with a 1 year warranty. This is the nicest and quietest refrigerator I have ever owned, The best buy deliver was great, I bough through Best buy because they gave a 2 week return window, I did not want to chance being burned again with a loud refrigerator.

It is a pretty fridge but the water dispenser has been leaking since day one. Thor sent out a repair rep and he said this is standard in fridges and to call back in 2 months is leak continues. The leak has continued, sadly. Freezer capacity is small.

Had the Thor Refrigerator over a month now and my husband and I love it! We needed a refrigerator under 70 inches tall in the back so that it would fit under the cabinet sitting above it and does, wIth plenty of room! I think the back measures 68.56 tall. I don't think it will hold as much as my old side-by-side, nor is it as deep but we love having the width. We also like the deli drawer.

We bought this 2 years ago and tbe icemaker doesnt work tbe control panel in middle drawer is shot. Calling for a warranty repair.

The absolute worst refrigerator we've ever had, sent first one back as the temperature never went below 45 and made the most horrible noise throughout the day and night, had it replaced and the second one is not any better. Cannot wait to get this piece of junk out of my house…
