Side by side and burning bright!

Installation was about as easy as you'd wish. I had to wait an extra week because one of the cooktops was broken (glass shattered in a small section during shipping to the store). We have used them for about 5 meals so far and they work great. I think it is going to be a good upgrade from the GE burners that are from the 80's. We could never find rings and bunkers that matched so everything was un-level. Of course our already outdated kitchen looks more outdated! Very hopeful at this point!

Long wait for delivery and warranty repair !!!

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered on March 23, 2023, multiple delays on delivery (supposedly out-of-stock at Thor) so finally delivered and installed on May 8, 2023. Broke on January 23, 2024. Reported to Thor for warranty service on January 25, 2024. Total Appliance Service repair person came out promptly and found broken part so ordered from Thor. Guess what - Thor is out-of-stock on repair part. It is now February 19, 2024 and Thor says part still out-of-stock and doesn't know when it will be in stock. Cooktop was nice when it worked but should anyone have to wait that long for delivery and repair?
