Beautiful...however, cleaning it was horrible. It's so delicate that it scratched so easy it streaked. Wish I could return it. Would not recommend.

Sad Customer, Disappointed In Thor…

I give 0 stars. We are so incredibly disappointed in this product and in the service provided by Thor. When it was installed earlier in the year, some burners started to not work. We contacted Thor and they sent a Sears repair person out who came at least three times through the summer due to having to order parts. We now have 3 out of 6 burners not working (worse than when we first starting having issues) and Thor will no longer help us because Sears is telling them now it is “fixed”. Yet our last service call summary says “Technician Comments
Not repaired. Thor is researching availability of a wire harness”. Please save yourself some grief and find another cooktop from BestBuy. To the folks at BestBuy, I recommend no longer selling this product so also save yourselves grief.

Nicely designed for easy cleaning. Illuminated control knobs great for knowing when flame is lit. Good price.
