    I purchased this backpack because I was looking for something water resistant to protect my laptop and hard drives when I work on the go. I ended up returning it because it wasn’t very comfortable for me. The bottom of the back pack kept rubbing against the lower part of my back. Comfortability was the factor of me returning it. Besides that, I liked it. Everyone’s body shape is made differently. I would definitely say bring your laptop or tablet with you to be able to place inside the laptop to check for comfort before purchasing. It may work better for you than for me.
