I ended up returning this and getting the Thule Accent 28L and was better without all the useless straps in the way.

Thule backpack

The slot for your laptop is large enough to fit a large sized laptop no problem but it coule hve kore protective/ thicker padding. The Only downfall is the limited carry space for lots of lots of documents/ files and when you try to stuff it then it is difficult to easily fish out what you are looking for. Overall good backpack for work and i am happy with the purchase.

Great storage, bad travel bag.

A space for every gadget and office supply. However, very uncomfortable when traveling long distances with the bag. Can strain shoulders if worn too long.
