    Had to go in to pick up and still had to cancel order and get off shelf. Then it took 10 day to recofund cancel order never again and may never shop there again.

    Good laptop bag. 15 in laptop fit without sleeve I purchased. Good hard sunglasses holder. Lots of pockets. High visibility tabs are a huge plus. The two straps on the sides limit opening of the bag.

    I have been using tgis backpack for over 6 years and still works and looks new. I use it for traveling, work and i have take it to the limits and still working as it should be. Again best backpack.

    I expected more. Tore in 2 months under normal use. Not the best product for anyone carrying weight. If everything you have is ultralight, it might work for you. One star is because it at least had a chest strap for weight distribution.
