I saw another review saying this does not fit their MacBook Pro correctly and damaged it. I would like to add that my 14’ MacBook Pro m1 is now damaged thanks to this case. Never once have I dropped or had the MacBook out of the case but I did worry because every time you close the laptop the Velcro straps on the side of the case sink into the laptop when it’s closed. This morning I woke up and opened my laptop to discover pixel damage in the corner of the screen where the straps could’ve sat if they fell inside. As a result, the screen will not turn on and it’s clearly damaged the screen. My 1,750 laptop is now worthless thanks to this ‘protective’ case.

Terrible flaw in case design by Thule. Opened our MacBook Pro to find the screen cracked. We purchased the case to protect our $2k MacBook Pro. And now knowing it’s the very reason for the damage because of a KNOWN design flaw. I couldn’t believe the reviews I tread today complaining about the same issue that caused our screen to crack. I also noticed it’s the same side of everyone’s computer screen that the strap damages. How does Best Buy & Thule continue to sell this case? You both are negligent in this matter by selling a case to your customers you know can & has multiple times, cracked the screen because the strap. Thule should also be responsible for the repair costs of every screen broke by this strap.

I am pleasantly surprised how much space the Thule Gauntlet Attaché Case has! I can carry both of my MacBooks and their power cords, as well as a notebook and phone. It’s well made and sturdy. I really like the fact that I can put a lock on it if I need to keep them locked up and out of sight. I recommend the Thule Attaché Case for sure!

I believe it’s the perfect bag for my M1 MacBook Pro. It is lightweight and built like a tank.

We bought this to hold a Lenovo flex 14. It has a good weather resistant zipper and plenary of room for a mouse and the laptop charger. My only complaint is I wish it was even harder on the outside. It is a 5 out of 10 in rubber hardness. Not as bulletproof as I would like but not bad

I was so excited to get this bag to protect my Macbook. However, this bag caused my screen to crack. The inside straps that keep the top part of the bag sitting somewhat upright (and from flopping completely back) cracked my Macbook screen on the bottom right. Be sure to make sure that the inside straps do not get in the way of the screen at all. It can cause your screen to be damaged. Luckily, my Macbook does have a paid warranty, but I will still be out of pocket $99.00 to repair the damage caused by this case. I also do not leave near an Apple store; therefore, I am driving hours to get this repaired. Very disappointing. If it had been designed a little bit better, this would not have happened :'(

I enjoy this case. Makes carrying my MacBook Pro and accessories easier with protection. Looks great as well.

Be careful closing your laptop in this case. There is a little strap that caused my Macbook screen to crack. The case seems very sturdy and durable, but if you close the case and laptop at the same time, the support strap may settle between your keyboard and screen, resulting in display damage.

Good strong and comfortable strap. Case keeps my laptop and accessories protected and still slim next to my body.

I bought this for my new macbook pro 14 but when you get the item it says it is for the 13 inch Macbook Air and 13 in macbook pro. You can cram the 14 inch in there but its really tight.

The case is strong, flexible, soft in the interior. Provide an exelente comfort to the user.

So apparently my 2015 13” MacBook Air actually measures 13.3” and is barely unable to fit.

I love this case. So much room for other accessories & sturdy. I feel the hard case offers so much more protection. It doesn't take up a lot of space and it's not that heavy.

This thing feels like a brick in the best way. Strong and sturdy, but not too heavy. I put a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro in there, each with their own charge and it’s perfect.
