Marred by difficulty of tracking balance w/ Tidal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great to purchase Tidal GCs for my family subscription at a discount, but be aware that Tidal is a business, like Hulu and others and unlike Netflic and others, that makes it difficult to input cards and verify your balance without clicking around account pages. Recommend screenshots.

DON'T PURCHASE, I'm out $120 :(

I bought 2 of these for my partner for christmas and when he tried to use them, the code was invalid. I contacted best buy customer support and after some back and forward with support, they told me to contact T-mobile (?) or this number that sent me to a medical device support survey :(. I contacted Best Buy AGAIN and then they told me to email to Tidal. I emailed Tidal because there is no phone number for them, and got a response that they received my request, then an email the following day to see how satisfied I was with the resolution...NOTHING has been resolved and I'm out $120. I'm so frustrated right now. I would give zero stars if I could.
