We bought this for our dog until we found out it was bluetooth and not GPS. So, it only has a range of about 150 feet. Plus, the find my phone feature didn't work.

I was never impressed with this product. The battery life was short and the tone barely audible. I’m now using the Apple version and I like it much better.

It is not connecting to my app. It seems to no longer be working even when the tile is next to my phone.

Had to return this item. It would not connect to the app.

I purchased a tile, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I like the concept however the performance is just not there.

Not much range and need new batteries too soon. I trashed mine. They do work as described if you are within 10' of the device.

Might be my house, but the range seems kind of questionable. I usually find the item before the tile starts beeping. I also took a trip leaving the tile behind, but the phone app decided to eat over a gig of data in the span of a few days. I contacted support about this and they advised me that turning off data would prevent tile from working, almost like they didn't bother to read the email.

Unreliable device. Poor upgrade. The connection is always poor and moat often disconnected.

I thought it could go at least a mile but the maximum distance is 125 feet. Returned it.

Initial product function was good. However, as time progressed batteries exhausted charge too quickly.

I expected more out of it but that wasn't the case they need to work on there website some more

average, i hate how they make you pay for extra services this is a ripoff

Couldn't find my wallet. It was 10 ft from me in sight. To bad because i loss things all the time.

I need to return them. I need a tracker I would recommend them if it’s what they needed

Like the tile but battery eventually dies on it an no way to replace it.

You can not get the new app to connect to the tile when you are looking for it. Since the new update for the app., I have not been able to get it to work when I need it to. These are to expensive to not work.

I brought this for a gift and it worked for a little while then it stopped. You have to remind your self to refresh it daily in order for it to work properly. This is garbage!

Does not respond sometimes which make it unusable.

They don't work consistently. I sent them back for a refund. Sometimes the tile wojuld show up on the app, but most of the time it would not, and this was within 2 feet of the phone.

These tiles are just ridiculous. It’s actually kind of a stupid product because there are so many better ways to keep track of things and they are basically a waste of money.
